All payments due at time of consultation unless prior arrangements have been made, payments can be made via cash or internet banking.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In order to provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation by Client
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. If you provide less than 24 hours' notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment fee.
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without providing any notice, we reserve the right to charge the full scheduled appointment fee.
Cancellation by Practitioner
In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will provide you with as much notice as possible. If we need to cancel your appointment, we will offer you the option to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
Late Arrival
We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances may cause you to arrive late for your appointment. However, to ensure that we can provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we may need to reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
Payment
Any cancellation fees must be paid in full before any future appointments can be scheduled.
